An 18-year-old girl is facing sex crimes charges after Terrebonne Parish sheriff's deputies say she performed oral sex on an eight-year-old boy.
According to Terrebonne Parish Tim Soignet, Heaven Rodrigue is in jail on indecent behavior with a juvenile and oral sexual battery charges. Her bond is set at $150,000.
Soignet says his deputies were callled to the crime scene around 11 p.m. Thursday night. According to Soignet, the victim admitted to having a sexual encounter with Rodrigue. Soignet says Rodrigue later confessed to the allegations when investigators questioned her.
The case remains under investigation.
