New Orleans police and U.S. Marshals arrested a 15-year-old in the October murder of a teen in New Orleans East.
Investigators say the teen shot and killed 15-year-old Jvione Ellow on October 7 in the 5100 block of Bundy Rd.
"Through investigation, NOPD Homicide Section detectives developed and positively identified the juvenile suspect as the perpetrator in this incident," said police.
The NOPD Violent Warrant Offender Squad and U.S. Marshals located the suspect and arrested him Monday.
