New Orleans Police are investigating a triple shooting in the Upper St. Roch neighborhood around 9am this morning
The gunfire erupted in near the busy intersection of Elysian Fields and Treasure Street.
A man and two women were hit by bullets.
The man suffered a gunshot wound to the leg and lower abdomen.
A woman was struck in the buttocks.
Another woman was hit in the arm and shoulder.
All three were transported by EMS to a local hospital.
No other details about the incident are known at this time.
