Orchard Park, NY (WBEN) Tops Markets announces it is closing its Orchard Fresh location in Orchard Park.
In a statement, Tops says "the decision was not made lightly and is in no way a reflection of the performance or dedication of our associates at this location."
Tops says the store opened in 2013 and a number of initiatives and programs have been developed and tested there that are now being incorporated into recent and future Tops store remodels. Tops adds the Orchard Fresh team has been valuable and associates will be offered positions in other areas of the company.
Tops anticipates ceasing all public operations no later than April 4, 2020, and adds catering, cake, and entertaining operations will continue until all orders are honored and filled.
