The Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating a triple shooting in Harvey which left one man dead and a woman and a man injured Sunday evening.
Sheriff Joseph Lopinto reports, “At about 5:10 pm, deputies were dispatched to a shooting in the 3700 block of Long Leaf Drive. They located 3 victims, two males, and one female. All three victims were transported to a local hospital for treatment. One of the males was pronounced dead at the hospital while the other two victims are in stable condition.”
There is no suspect or motive information available at this time.
