Police in New Orleans investigate who is responsible for three people shot in their car in New Orleans East near I-10 and Crowder.
It happened Thursday about 7:44 p.m. After the shooting the driver continued to drive but then crashed the S.U.V into a light pole in the 5700 block of Read.
Initial report says when officers arrived they found two male victims shot. They were transported by EMS to the hospital. Their condition is unknown. A woman was also shot in the in the incident. She was pronounced dead on the scene.
The Investigation is ongoing and no additional information is available at this time. The Orleans Parish Coroner’s Office will identify the woman killed once an autopsy is complete.
