Two men face charges in a 2013 double murder say the New Orleans Police Department.
On Friday, David H. Wisham Sr. and Kenneth W. Jones Jr. were arrested in the homicide investigation of 45-year-old Lisa Arbuthnot and 20-year-old Ryesha Arbuthnot.
The fatal shooting happened on December 16, 2013 in the 12100 block of North I-10 Service Road.
Authorities say, through the investigation by NOPD Homicide Unit detectives, both Wisham and Jones were identified as the perpetrators.
Baton Rouge police arrested both Wisham and Jones in Baton Rouge. They were then transported from East Baton Rouge Parish to the Orleans Parish Justice Center, where each was booked with two counts of second-degree murder. Their next court date has not been released.
