Two people are in the hospital after a shooting in Algiers.
According to NOPD spokesperson Reese Harper, the shooting happened on Garden Oaks Drive near Seine Street.
Harper says a girl and a man were both shot and taken to the hospital via private vehicles. The girl suffered a body wound. Details about the man’s wound and condition were not provided.
