One person is dead after his side-by-side was hit by a pickup truck.
According to St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office Sergeant Suzanne Carboni, the crash happened around 4:45 p.m. Saturday on Willie Road near Richards Road southwest of Folsom.
Sgt. Carboni says the driver of the driver of the utility terrain vehicle was trying to make a u-turn when he was struck by the truck. Emergency crews airlifted the side-by-side's driver to an area hospital where he later died.
The crash remains under investigation.
