A driver escaped tragedy after an SUV caught fire on Interstate 12 in Livingston Parish Saturday night.
"Thankfully, this scene is under control. Everyone is safe," LPSO posted.
The Sheriff's Office says the driver was able to get off the interstate.
"Started having car trouble while traveling I12."
