Police say a Kenner business owner was a video voyeur, recording patrons in a bathroom.
"A victim reported that while using the restroom at the business, she discovered a concealed video camera attached underneath the sink," KPD posted.

Detectives say Signs Etc. NOLA owner Henry Rios set up the camera.
"Kenner Police detectives executed search warrants at Rios' business and residence."
They say the found more than 500 photographs and/or video recordings dating back to at least September 5, 2026.
"During the searches, detectives and officers recovered three additional concealable surveillance cameras, in addition to the camera initially seized from the restroom."
Now they want to know where else he may have set up those or other cameras. One of those cameras was hidden in a clock.
"Rios was located, arrested, and charged with three counts of Video Voyeurism."
That may be just the beginning.
"Of particular concern to investigators is the possibility that Rios, through his business, performed work at other businesses or locations where he may have had access to public or employee restrooms or other areas where individuals have an expectation of privacy... The investigation remains ongoing, and additional charges may be possible as detectives continue examining the recovered evidence."
Signs Etc. NOLA is located at 2323 W Bainbridge Ave. in Kenner.
