Tuesday will be warm with a better chance of storms in the evening and overnight.
“Expect a warm, humid Tuesday with a few showers and t-storms. It looks like the best chance for storms comes this afternoon/evening west of New Orleans. From Houma, a line to Houma to Laplace to Hammond and anywhere west of these locations will likely see t-storms later today. A few could be severe with gusty winds and an isolated tornado,” said WWLTV Meteorologist Payton Malone.
