Beach goers in Panama City Florida got an up-close encounter with a waterspout coming their way.
This happened Saturday when severe weather swept through the Gulf South.
The storm brought strong winds and thunderstorms to much of the Florida panhandle.
Watch as someone in a beachfront high-rise caught the waterspout on video as it comes ashore and passes right past their balcony windows.
You can see the winds blow debris and chairs on the balcony as it whips by.
