Hamburg's IDA, through its land development corporation, has sold approximately 64-1/2 acres of land to the Walden Development Group for $1.15 million. Part of the deal includes an agreement by Walden Development to extend Lake Erie Boulevard within the Lake Erie Commerce Center in order to subdivide the property.
