
Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation has provided a construction progress report for its 201 Ellicott project. Structural steel is in place for Braymiller Market, with a completion date of next spring. Concrete slab pours, framing and masonry work have been done for the accompanying apartments. That part of the project will be completed early next summer.
According to Business First, Staub Precision Machine Inc. is purchasing the soon-to-be vacated corporate headquarters for Evans Bank. The reported price for the site at 1 Grimsby Drive in Hamburg is $1.5 million. Evans is moving in next month at a new headquarters building at 6460 Main Street in Amherst.
Robert Nesselbush has been named by Kaleida Health as their new CEO. Nesselbush will step up from his current role as executive vice president and chief financial officer when Jody Lomeo steps down at the end of this year.
