Police are looking for clues after an overnight double murder.
"The NOPD is investigating an double homicide by shooting that occurred in the 4700 Blk of Laine Ave.," Public Information Officer James Roberson said in an email.
It happened just after 1:00am.
"Initial information shows both victims sustained at least one gun shot wound to the body and have unfortunately succumbed to their injuries."
Both victims were found dead inside the home.
"The victims can be described as adult black male and adult black female."
