An overnight French Quarter shooting has left a woman with a minor wound.
According to a New Orleans Police Department spokesperson, that shooting happened Sunday morning just after midnight on Royal Street near the Louisiana Supreme Court Building.
Investigators say the victim, a woman, suffered a graze wound to her thigh and refused medical attention from an EMS crew.
