NOPD wants help finding a woman that attacked officers trying to stop a fight.
"New Orleans Police are asking the public's assistance with identifying and locating a suspect wanted for the battery of a police officer," the department said in a news release.
It stems from a fight in the Tremé neighborhood.
"According to investigators, around 10:59 p.m. on July 15, 2025, New Orleans police were attempting to break up an altercation near the intersection of North Robertson and Kerlerec Streets."
Police say the woman pictured above attacked officers, then took off in a car with a fraudulent temp plate.
"During the altercation, the Black female suspect sprayed them with pepper spray. The suspect then fled in a silver Hyundai Elantra with a fake Louisiana temporary tag."

NOPD wants people who can help to call them.
"Anyone with information regarding the crimes or the identity of the wanted suspect is asked to call First District detectives at 504-658-6010 or to anonymously call Crimestoppers at 504-822-1111."
