Golfers and fans are in for a full week of events at the TPC Louisiana for the annual Zurich Classic.
The first of the events featuring professional and amateur golfers starts the fun with today’s pro-am on the Westbank.
Admission is free today, tomorrow and Wednesday for the pro-am and pro practice rounds.
Some of the celebrities announced to take part include ESPN legend Chris Berman, Pro Football Hall of Famer Marshall Faulk, former LSU and NFL QB Matt Flynn, two-time Super Bowl champion and current Saints safety Justin Reid, Saint QB Tyler Shough, and Saints linebacker Pete Werner.
The tournament itself begins with first round play on Thursday morning.
Organizers say the teams this year will include six-time PGA Tour winner Tony Finau with rising young golfer Max Greyserman; Wyndham Clark, winner of the 2023 U.S. Open, with Taylor Moore; Billy Horschel, the only player to claim both individual and team titles at the Zurich Classic, with PGA Tour veteran Tom Hoge; British brothers Matt and Alex Fitzpatrick; and , 2025 Zurich Classic winners Ben Griffin and Andrew Novak.
