
It's been almost two years since the pandemic shuttered thousands of bars and restaurants. Once the country started slowly re-opening, service industry workers were scraping by to make ends meet. Those who could afford to tip generously did just that.
A new list from Popmenu ranked the 20 best cities in the U.S. for being magnanimous when leaving gratuity. They factored in 450,000 online orders from the past six months and another 1,000 consumer surveys from the month of October.

Of the metropolitan areas, these are the ones whose patrons leave over 20% for the waitstaff. KLUV was happy to see Dallas and Fort Worth taking care of peeps in the local community.
