Booking an Airbnb? You'll have to follow new rules

If you have an Airbnb booked for a trip this summer and were planning on throwing a party, the vacation rental giant has new rules in place that might ruin your fun.

Earlier this week, Airbnb announced a global ban on parties following a temporary restriction that was put in place two years ago.

The company is permanently banning disruptive parties and events, which include open invite gatherings. Party houses, which people book to throw a large event for just one night, will also be banned.

The news launched a debate on Dana & Parks: What defines a "party" and can they really be banned? Some people have already found a loophole to the policy, so can it realistically be enforced?
