The Wrights said they paid a man named "Jean St. Felix" $3,500 up front and then helped him and an associate named "Anthony Matthews" load everything they own into a U-Haul. Everything was on that truck: furniture, televisions, computers, family heirlooms, wedding photos and the cremated remains of their parents.

The Wrights watched St. Felix drive away with their lives packed into boxes, and haven't seen him or their belonging since. They've been living in Ocean Springs since July 6 without many of their things.

The couple was initially communicating with St. Felix by text and over the phone, but they say he only provided excuses for why their things weren't delivered yet. Then, he stopped answering.

The Topeka business that rented the U-Haul to St. Felix said two men paid $100 for the rental and then absconded with a 26-foot truck. It was located four days later behind a different U-Haul business in the area and had been driven about 1,500 miles.

The Wrights have filed police reports, but they really just want their belongings returned.
