Christina Pushaw, a top aid to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, has announced a move from press secretary in the Governor’s office to rapid response director of DeSantis’s re-election campaign.

Pushaw posted her resignation letter on social media:

Marc Cox, the host of The Marc Cox Morning Show, believes her move to DeSantis’s re-election campaign could signal bigger things for the Governor’s future.

“He wouldn’t need her in that role to get re-elected as Governor in, I don’t believe, in Florida,” says Cox.
