Hard-working teachers are in for a relaxing treat, as a cruise line is now offering $49 cruises for two for teachers and other heroes who serve the community.

From now until Aug. 28, 2023, teachers, support staff, and school employees are able to book a cruise for two to the Bahamas on Margaritaville at Sea for only $49.

“In celebration of more than 45,000 Heroes and their families who’ve sailed with Margaritaville at Sea, we’re giving a little something extra to those who give so much each day,” the cruise line said.

The offer is for the cruise line’s inside cabin with the option to upgrade to an ocean view for a higher cost. The offer is also for a three-day, two-night cruise to the Bahamas that will sail by Nov. 15, 2023.

Others who can take advantage of the offer include U.S. military service members, both active duty and veterans, police, fire, EMS personnel, and government healthcare workers.

The Heroes program is coordinated through the company’s partnership with GovX, meaning you will have to go through a verification process to get the deal.

Margaritaville at Sea Paradise is a 10-story cruise ship that sails from Port of Palm Beach and departs every other day on two-night cruises to the Bahamas.

The ship was also recently renovated, having gone through a multi-million dollar facelift. New features on the cruise liner include shows, renovated kids clubs, updated cabins, and more.
