
A school bus driver was shot in north Minneapolis on Wednesday with three children, all under the age of 10, still inside the bus, according to authorities.

The Minneapolis Police Department confirmed to WCCO-TV that the shooting happened at around 2:15 p.m. in the city’s Camden neighborhood.
The driver was shot in the head, with a non-life threatening injury, authorities reported. When police arrived and found him they offered him aid until paramedics arrived and transported him to a local hospital.
The bus still had three children on board when the shooting occured, police say. Officers took the kids to their homes as none of them were hurt during the incident.
An investigation has been opened as police look for suspects. This is a developing story.
