NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Rudy Giuliani is expected to surrender Wednesday at Atlanta's Fulton County Jail on charges connected to alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 presidential election, ABC News reported Tuesday night, citing multiple sources.

Donald Trump previously said he will surrender on Thursday. The former U.S. president, like Giuliani, is among 19 people facing the aforementioned charges.

Giuliani's lawyers will meet with the Fulton County District Attorney's office early Wednesday to finalize a bond package before a surrender, according to the report.

Then, Giuliani will be joined by his legal team and confidane Bernard Kerik, the former NYPD commissioner.
