Ties between the Tamara 'Strawberry' Greene case and a failed race for Michigan governor

In the latest twist in the podcast 'Who Killed Strawberry,' a direct line is traced between Tamara Greene's murder, the never-proven Manoogian Mansion party and a failed attempt by the former Michigan attorney general to become governor.

AG and one-time gubernatorial candidate Mike Cox declared the party an urban legend.

And then things got weird.

Cox headed an investigation into malfeasance by Kwame Kilpatrick's executive protection unit and rumors that a party at the mayor's mansion was covered up after an exotic dancer was beaten by the mayor's wife.

The investigation was shut down too early for MSP investigators who argued they had numerous tips still to track down.
