As a thunderstorm drenched the park Thursday afternoon, several children and their parents splashed around in the impromptu pool the flooding created between the Cheshire Cat and Cosmic Ray's Starlight cafés in Fantasyland.

“Magic Kingdom turned into a waterpark!" Cassie Claire Chase wrote on Facebook.

The water was little more than ankle-deep for most, although some of the smaller fans laid down for a more realistic swimming experience.
