DALLAS (105.3 The Fan) - The Dallas Cowboys solidified some offensive line depth on Wednesday night, re-signing center/guard Joe Looney to a one-year deal.
ESPN's Todd Archer was first on the report.
Looney has been a key presence along the front for the Cowboys over the last four seasons, most notably when he filled in for Travis Frederick in 2018, when Frederick missed the season with his autoimmune disorder,
Looney started all 16 games in 2018, and played multiple positions along the front including at guard and center during various points of the Cowboys injury-riddle campaign.
Looney now joins Blake Jarwin, Sean Lee, and Anthony Brown as players who have returned off of last season's roster.
