Thousands of people descended upon the U.S. Capitol last week in a deadly siege, but was actor Chuck Norris -- who has professed his support of President Trump in the past -- part of the mob, or at least in the vicinity of the violence?

Well, despite a photo circulating on social media of a man who bears a striking resemblance to the 80-year-old actor, a representative for Norris told 1010 WINS Tuesday it's not him.

"This is not Chuck Norris and is a wanna be look alike although Chuck is much more handsome," Norris' manager Erik Kritzer told 1010 WINS.

And Norris -- who did endorse Trump for the 2016 election but remained mum for the 2020 election -- was not anywhere near the nation's capital last week, Kritzer said.

"Chuck remains on his range in Texas where he has been with his family," he said.

The Twitterspehre lit up Monday after a photo by an atttendee -- subsequently identified as Matthew Bledsoe -- from last week's riots posted photo along with the doppleganger, claiming it was Norris.
