America - we have a problem. People want to turn everything into a political issue and everything is not about politics.
Senatorial Clown Ted Cruz has again proven that he is a clown and does not deserve to be taken seriously. Cruz's lust for believing anything that can be used to condemn or discredit the left has led to the senator posting news that has easily been proven to be "fake news."
Neither political side is solely guilty of trying to politicize anything and everything - but Ted Cruz has put himself in the news again with behavior more fitting of a clown than a U.S. Senator and this just adds to the list of things that define Cruz as a "noise-maker" - not a serious politician. There was the bipartisan criticism of Cruz in February of 2021 when he flew to warm Cancun, Mexico to join his family on vacation. At the time the state of Texas was experiencing one of the worst winter storms in the state's history - many lost power in the frigid temperatures and over 240 were confirmed dead. And Cruz went to Cancun! (He did quickly return when the sh*t hit the fan and admitted he made a bad decision.)
The point is that Senator Ted Cruz is a joke. In his latest performance as a clown - Cruz ranted and drank beer on the news channel Newsmax about a possible recommendation from the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism that people limit their beer drinking to 2 beers a week. Okay - that does sound ridiculous - but Cruz turned a "possible" "recommendation" into blaming liberals for trying to "control every damn aspect of your life."
A "possible" "recommendation" is a far cry from any kind of government mandate or law limiting every American to consuming only 2 beers a week. Yet, in an effort to create a false political narrative - Cruz turned a "recommendation" into creating fear that liberals are on the verge of dictating how much beer an American can drink in a week. Cruz said on Newsmax, "Well I've gotta tell you, if they want us to drink two beers a week, frankly they can kiss my a**."
I consider Cruz to be part of the Radical Right-Wing Activists in America and our personal freedom is threatened more by that group than liberals. The Right-Wing Radical Activists are creating a false fear of drag queens, trans people, and the entire LGBTQ community. They want to tell us not to expose ourselves to any members of that group - they want to tell us who we can marry - and what we can read in a public library. People like Cruz have no business acting like liberals are the ones telling us how to lead our lives.
