Scoot: Henry Winkler on being "The Fonz," overcoming dyslexia, and more

The recent social media buzz about the passing of "Happy Days" star Henry Winkler -"The Fonz" - were proven to be a hoax when Scoot talked to "The Fonz" on his talk show Thursday afternoon. Henry admitted that he was glad the rumors were wrong!

Henry Winkler suffered through much of his life with dyslexia that was undiagnosed.  Looking back, Henry talks about how his dyslexia made his career as an actor very challenging.  His series of children's books about Hank Zipzer has helped other children with dyslexia.

Henry Winklwer also talked to Scoot about the 1st time he rode a motorcycle on the set of "Happy Days" and confesses that all the scenes of Fonzie riding a motorcycle on the show were not actually him.

Henry also told Scoot that he did actually do the water skiing scenes for the "Jump The Shark" episode.

Scoot and Henry shared a common bond that made the interview especially personal for Scoot.
