The two-day count of COVID-19 numbers from the Louisiana Department of Health show a daily average of 751 cases for a total of 1,502.

The state is reporting 21 new deaths bringing the total to 9,608 who have succumbed to the disease.
There are 630 patients in hospitals with 91 of them on ventilators.
While there are 430,100 cases in total of coronavirus, 408,463 are considered presumed recovered from COVID-19.
