Coronavirus infections are up 4,051 in today's report from the Louisiana Department of Health, totaling 315,275. That total includes 285,477 confirmed cases and 29,798 probable cases. The state reports 32,607 total new tests.
Another 40 deaths in Louisiana brings that total to 7,488, with 7,115 deaths confirmed as caused by COVID-19, and 373 probable COVID-19 deaths.
Hospitalizations are up 14 at 1,731.
Vaccinations have now been administered to 45,289 individuals, 7,320 more than the state's last report on Tuesday. No one has completed the vaccine series with their booster shot yet -- the earliest that will happen is Monday.
