An unruly airline passenger was arrested upon landing in Miami after being duct-taped to his seat during the flight.
Maxwell Berry, 22, was charged with three counts of battery for actions that occurred on a Frontier Airlines flight from Philadelphia to Miami Saturday.

Berry is alleged to have groped two female flight attendants’ breasts, according to the arrest report, and was caught on video by another passenger loudly spewing profanities at someone off-camera before attendants duct-taped him to his seat, taping his mouth shut in the process.
The video was later posted on Twitter.

The flight attendants have been placed on leave, per airline protocol, pending an investigation of their actions, according to a Frontier Airlines statement.
Note this is the second time a flight attendant has had to duct tape an unruly passenger to a seat in recent weeks.
