Today started with the lowest temperatures we've seen in many months in Southeast Louisiana.
"It's an even cooler start Friday morning with low 50s north of the lake and low to mid 60s south of the lake," your local weather expert, WWL TV Meteorologist Payton Malone said. "It'll be a beautiful Friday under sunny skies and highs in the upper 70s."
If you love it and want some more if it, you are in luck.
"The weekend looks gorgeous with highs in the upper 70s to low 80s, but humidity remains low."
Malone forecasts a gradual warm up into next week with highs in the upper 80s, which is average for this time of year, and a bit more humid.
"It's possible we are done with 90s for the season!"
