Fall weather has returned to southeastern Louisiana, just in time for a big football weekend.
"We had a little cold front come through yesterday, finally," said WWL-TV meteorologist Brooke Laizer
Saturday's highs will be around 73 degrees under mostly sunny skies, with much colder weather tomorrow morning.
"Expect the 40s north and 50s south waking up," Brooke said for Sunday. "We'll top out just below 70 degrees."
