Fall is officially here. Autumn began at 1:50 a.m. Saturday.
But if you step outside today, you really won't notice the change of the season.
"It still feels like summer. Expect lots of sunshine for your Saturday," said WWL-TV meteorologist Alexa Trischler. "Still, hot with high temperatures reaching the lower 90s."
Rain chances are just ten percent today and Sunday, so any stray showers will be very isolated in nature.
By Monday, rain chances increase to 40 percent. Highs, however, will remain in the upper 80s to low 90s through the ends of next week.
