This is NOT pipe bursting weather. We will have a gorgeous day as an area of high pressure sits over us. It will stay chilly with high temperatures in the mid 50s. Tonight will be mostly clear and cold again. Lows north in the lower 30s with patchy frost - protect plants, pets and people. South will be in the lower 40s.”
