Monday starts the week hot and humid with some scattered showers. Severe weather is expected for Tuesday and into Wednesday.
WWLTV’s Meteorologist Payton Malone says, “Highs will climb to near 90 degrees, but with high humidity it will feel like the upper 80s to near 100. Drink plenty of water if you are outside. Another more substantial round of rain is set to move in from Tuesday afternoon into Wednesday with 1-2+ inches of rain expected across our area. We'll have to watch for some potential street flooding issues at that time.”
