Saturday starts off warm and humid, but a cool front late in the evening will bring possible storms to the area.

"A warm front returns ahead of some potential storms in the evening time frame, before our big threat ramps up overnight tonight into early Sunday," said WWL-TV meteorologist Brooke Laizer. "At that point, the possibility of sever weather does exist, so make sure you enable those alerts,"

Today's highs will be in the 80s. The weather tonight will cool things down.

"Our Sunday will be beautiful: temperatures in the 50s for highs and a lot more sunshine," Brooke said.
