My Morning Jacket Drummer Patrick Hallahan Hosts New Cooking Series

Peanut Butter Pudding Surprise?

Longtime My Morning Jacket Drummer and Louisville, KY restaurateur Patrick Hallahan is trading drum sticks for knives (and hopefully not drumming with them) as he releases a new, three-part cooking series.

The series will be available via Seated, and include guests such as MMJ bassist Tom Blankenship, VHS or Beta’s Craig Pfunder, and Hallahan’s daughter.
According to Hallahan, “For as long as I can remember, cooking and making music have been hand in hand in how I express myself. I’ve had the honor of playing music for people all of my adult life. Now, through taping cooking segments, it’s really nice to be able to do the same with food.”

The first episode premieres on Sunday, February 21st at 6pm ET. You can find ticket info here, and check out the teaser video and menu below.

Roasted Spatchcocked Chicken with Vegetables, and Brown Butter Grits
