Annalisa
Annalisa fell in love with radio at a very young age. Her dad was once a radio DJ in the Army. She grew up in the military, traveling with her three older siblings and parents who all loved a variety of music which was always on in the house.
Her first time on the radio would have been as a contest winner as a kid and then as a college radio DJ in the Boston area.
She became the first woman to host a rock radio morning show in Boston, then traveled to San Francisco where she was on air Middays at KFOG for over 20 years – eventually being inducted into the Bay Area Radio Hall Of Fame.
She has spoken with everybody from David Bowie to Jack White – politicians, comedians, actors and authors – but her favorite folks to talk to are radio listeners…and XRT has the best!
