(WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Evanston is providing hope for warmer days ahead. Beach season doesn’t officially start until Memorial Day weekend, but now is the time to get those passes.

Season passes are now available for Evanston residents and they can be picked up at several community centers. Skokie residents can buy a season pass at a discounted rate of $30, while all other non-residents will pay $46.

Daily admission at the beaches for non-residents will cost $10 per person and starting May 2 daily passes can also be purchased on the Viply app.
