NAPERVILLE (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - A suspect is in custody after a woman was fatally stabbed inside a Naperville home Saturday morning.
Naperville Police said officers were called to a home in the 2500 block of Saddlebrook Drive shortly after 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Once they entered residence, police encountered several people, including a woman who had suffered multiple stab wounds.
She was transported to an area hospital, but later died.
The DuPage County Coroner’s Office is investigating the exact cause of death.
Following a preliminary inquiry, police said a man was arrested.
No other information was made available.
