A recent study ranked the best cities in America for young professionals right now based on four factors: Income, rent, unemployment rates, and how many single people there are. Here are the top ten . . .

1.  Madison, Wisconsin.  Income and rent are reasonable.  And if you're still looking, 50% of people in Madison have never been married.

2.  Fargo, North Dakota.  Partially because the average rent is only $818 a month.

3.  Salt Lake City, Utah.

4.  Raleigh, North Carolina.

5.  Cambridge, Massachusetts.

6.  Charleston, South Carolina.

7.  Arlington, Virginia.

8.  Lincoln, Nebraska.

9.  St. Paul, Minnesota.
