NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 7-year-old boy and a 21-year-old woman were struck by a hit-run driver in New Jersey on Halloween night.

The two were struck around 6:20 p.m. at the intersection of Mountain Avenue and Jeffries Place, North Plainfield police said in a Facebook post Tuesday.

Both victims were treated on scene then transported to a local trauma center for serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Their relationship was not immediately clear.
