2 suspects wanted for beating man, stealing his e-bike key in Midtown

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is searching for two men wanted for beating a man and stealing his e-bike key in Manhattan late last month, authorities said.

It happened at around 7:40 p.m. on Sunday, May 29, in the vicinity of 35th Street and 6th Avenue in Midtown, when police said two suspects on bicycles cut off a 21-year-old man who was riding his e-bike and caused him to fall to the ground.

The suspects then proceeded to strike him in face and stole his e-bike key.

He suffered a minor injury to his face.

The first suspect is described as a dark skin man, approximately 5'10" tall, bearded and last seen wearing black pants, a white tank top and grey sneakers.

The second suspect is described as a light skin man, approximately 5'10" tall, with an afro. He was last seen wearing black shorts, black t-shirt and black sneakers.
