
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for two suspects wanted for violently robbing a teen boy of his cellphone in the Bronx earlier this month, authorities said Monday.
At approximately on Thursday, March 16, a 13-year-old boy was aboard an MTA bus heading westbound on Eastchester Road and Boston Road in Williamsbridge.
Two suspects boarded the bus and forced the victim off the bus where they punched and kicked the victim multiple times about the head and body then proceeded to steal his cellular phone.
The suspects then fled northbound on foot on Boston Road.
The victim refused medical attention on scene.
The suspects are described as being approximately 14 to 19 years of age.
Th first suspect was last seen wearing a red hooded sweatshirt, black vest and black book bag.
The second suspect was last seen wearing a blue and black jacket, a black ski-mask and a silver book bag.
