Foo Fighters’ drummer Taylor Hawkins was honored over the weekend with a star-studded tribute concert at London’s Wembley Stadium
The concert featured 50 songs performed by a revolving train of musicians, including Paul McCartney, Travis Barker, and Liam Gallagher amongst others.
But the most talked about moment from the concert was when Hawkins' son, Shane, sat behind the drum kit to perform with his late father's band.
Dave Grohl introduced Shane telling the crowd, “We have one more drummer that’s going to come up and play with us tonight. Let me tell you, I don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone hit the drums as hard as this person.”

Shane then took the stage to uproars from the completely sold out stadium, to perform the Foo Fighters’ 1998 “My Hero.”
Hawkins died March 25. He was 50 years old.
A second tribute concert will be held in Los Angeles September 27.
